Pullus Pinot Grigio is a combination of carefully chosen, perfectly matured grapes of three technological ripening stages from selected vineyards. The production process involves traditional yet modern oenological approaches, such as the white maceration of grapes from 10 to 72 hours, protective technology, and aging on lees. Part of the wine was matured six months in 225 liter oak barrels.
This wine is a rosy-copper hue, which is typical for Pinot Grigios with extended skin contact (maceration). The nose has hints of ripe pear and overripe melon. The palate is full and textured. There is a hint of creaminess on the finish that creates a pleasant harmony.
