This is a dry rose made from 50% Grenache and 50% Cinsault.  The palate shows ripe fruit and a nice round texture upheld by lively acidity. A quintessential summery rose that would pair perfectly with charcuterie, salads, white meat and delicate cheeses.


This rose is a blend of 30 year old Grenache and Cinsault  vines growing on clay gravel and basalt soil.  The grapes are crushed and the skin and juice macerate for 8 hours before pressing with a pneumatic press.  Fermentation lasts 12 days and the wine rests in stainless steel tanks for 4 months.
