Join Amber for a guided tasting through winemaking basics. This course will cover the process for producing white, red, and pink wines. We'll also touch on how sparkling and fortified wines are made. In addition to production basics, we'll cover the difference between commercial, organic, natural, and biodynamic wines and talk about why those words matter
If you've ever wanted a more detailed glimpse into the life of a winemaker, this is your chance to learn more about the process!
