Vinified in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
The vineyard is held up by Guyot double (Bordeaux style) and Cordone Speronato (Emilia Romagna Style) with low yields to obtain the best possible Lambrusco.
Intense red ruby color with black-purple notes. Intense scent of violet and berry fruits. Characteristic and fresh taste but also full bodied and harmonic.
